Plasma – Torch coolant is a water thin low viscosity; non-combustible and heat transfer torch coolant Plasma coolant is a highly efficient welder coolant for use in all welder torch radiator circulation and re-circulation systems. Plasma coolant is specifically formulated and recommended for all Plasma, Mig and Tig resistance welding systems, as well as for all general industrial applications. Plasma-torch coolant also eliminates the hazards of damaging mineral deposit, which are built up internally during the operation.

Plasma-torch coolant lubricates pump, liner, gasket and seal, thus extending time between preventive maintenance. Its Corrosion inhibitors protect iron, steel, aluminum, brass and copper components. The rust inhibitors of the coolant are extended life and can re-inhibitate so its running life is more than others coolant. Plasma-torch coolant has a bitter taste additive to prevent animal consumption. Plasma-torch coolant is a Non-Volatile and Non-Hazardous product during the storage. Its thermal stability and dielectric properties make a cooling liquid suitable for plasma arc welding and tungsten inert gas welding system. This coolant is suitable for Hyperthem machine.

Plasma coolant helps in the cutting process in the following manner:-

  • Reduces the Electric consumption.

Application: Plasma-torch coolant is compatible with all other standard coolants and also with metallic and non-metallic parts of the equipment. The product should be used without any type of the dilution, means it is a ready to use so no care is to be taken before use. It is also completely tested before dispatch. For toping purpose always use de-ionized water.

The product should not be mix with antifreeze coolant of automotive, tape water, methanol based Coolant, and HVAC coolant.

The plasm-torch coolant is available in two qualities (1) up to -12 degree centigrade (2) up to -27 degree centigrade product. The suitable product for the machine is depend upon the recommendation of machine manufacturer .A biodegradable and non toxic is also avail able with us.

The manufacturer can also supply the automobile and HVAC coolant.

For cleaning of the cooling system always use plazclean of APL.
