Corrosion Inhibitor For Transport or Storage

Corrosion inhibitor for the transport or storage is a mixture of volatile corrosion inhibitor provides effective protection against corrosion of metal surfaces during the transportation and storage. It makes a temporary film on the metal surface to cover it during the transportation, shipping and storage period to save from the corrosion. Corrosion inhibitor for the transport is water soluble, non-toxic and non-inflammable and enables the safe use of dipping, spraying or fogging methods. Corrosion inhibitor for the transport is an odorless and does not leave an objectionable residue and when applied to metal article and fogged in the container or vehicle.
Corrosion inhibitor for the transport is an effective corrosion inhibitor for the most metal like steel, cast steel, brass, aluminum, cupper, solder etc;
Corrosion inhibitor for the transport or storage is applied as a mist or spray to the length sheets of metal to protect the metal during transport or storage and is fogged into shipping containers or vehicles to protect the metal during shipping. During shipment, the metal is further protected by fogging the entire container or shipping vehicle for the metal after the metal has been loaded and the container or vehicle tightly secured. A relatively small amount of the inhibitor is injected as a fog into a container or vehicle such as a railroad boxcar, truck or barge so as to completely fill the volume of the container or vehicle. The water vapor present in the atmosphere surrounding the metal is thereby saturated and inhibited so that if and when condensation occurs, the condensate will be inhibited
The metal corrosion inhibitor is easily soluble in the water so the coating can be removed with the help of water and does not leave any residue. Corrosion inhibitor for the transport or storage is a biodegradable product and compactable with metallic and non metallic parts.

Application: - The metal product should clean thoroughly and removes all superficial coating from it. If there is an oily layer on the surface, removes with the help of degreaser, solvent etc; and applies the corrosion inhibitor on the surface
with the help of brush, spray cloth etc; The corrosion inhibitor can also applies on the product by dipping. And it for some time till dries. The product can be keep in hot chamber to dry quickly or by spraying it. A transparent film is formed on the article which shock resistance and durable. It is highly recommended to use the product without dilution but can be diluted with the help of demineralised water.
